Complaint
Bought a car for our daughter in September 2022. Found out 4 weeks ago that it went for a roadworthy in 2017. I cannot renew that car's license now. WBC in Nelspruit assured me it went for a roadworthy which I had to wait for more than 2hrs. All lies!!! Your negligence(*****) has a huge impact on our life's. Insurance won't pay if something happens. I cannot renew the car's license. I lodged a complaint 3 weeks ago ( your policy assures a 24 hrs. response ) Joke!!! Ref nr: 32921 Someone called me Monday 12/12 with the excuse that the manager of WBC Nelspruit does not respond. They are waiting for him!!! Let me assure you, if this is not resolved asap, we will report you at the Ombudsman
