COMPLAINT

Bought a car through we buy cars JHB South end of Feb this year, they gave me the option to pay for licensing and registration, I requested a follow-up on this about 3 weeks afterwards and they found out my documents were never submitted. Then I gave them a call after a week to follow up and STILL not done, in the meantime my license disk expired and until today (04 May 23) this issue has not been sorted out. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED in how they do business, no one knows what’s going on in that place when you phone and no one gets back to you to sort this out. I was also told that my car would have to go for roadworthy again because it’s been so long ago and they said someone will be in contact to arrange this and this was also not done yet. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR THROUGH THEM AGAIN AND WILL NOT LET ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS SUPPORT WE BUY CARS
