Complains about Webuycars

We bought a car(Jaquar XE S 2017)at webuycars Polokwane branch, we collected the car in 25 August 2022 and hardly 5days we realized that the car is having problem and took it back. They said the problem is with water pump and the car had Dekra sticker fell under category A, i feel ****med. They said it will be attended within 24hrs since while is financed .we left the car with them, waited for 3days an nothing was happening to the car we couldn't get clear answers then every day we were calling to check then we decide after 2 week to cancel the deal because we couldn't get assisted and returned the spare keys and requested them to notify the bank. We sent several emails to them informing them about the decision to cancel they didn't respond then we send another to Nedbank informing them about how we don't have a car after receiving email from the bank congratulating us about the car then we realized that Webuycars didn't inform the bank about us canceling the deal , the bank also send emails to get clarity from Webuycars still no response then the debit went through for the car we don't have they said the matter will be resolved with the bank an refund returned within 10day, even now we are not cleared from the car we don't have neither we didn't get our refund. We are very disappointed and feel humiliated, now we can't buy a car because it shows that we just bought a car.

I hope this matter will recieve attention asap because the next debit is on the 25th October 2022.
