Complained Against We Buy Cars Germinston Good day Please can you kindly assist with this complain, my mother bought a car from We Buy Cars Germinston and the person whom assisted her was John Wilkinson (email:***)she drove 3 days with the car Mr Wilkinson made me sign a dcar not knowing what I signed for he told her it is just a normal contract with it disclosures NOT knowing she signed for a vehicle with a ENGINE oil leak... The car is unusable now for months... We ask we buy cars to assist they ask us to take the car to a backyard mechanic in Standerton... On their instruction, the quotation was made out to we buy cars and I as had to pay for that quotation ALSO the backyard unstrip the whole car and did not assembled it back again... We sit with this vechicle that was sold to us over R100000 the need repairs of over R50000 we can not use the car at all as we just drove is 3 days after purchases, I have al details and documents needed to proof everything. Please can you assist as nobody is willing to assist and my mother is without a vechicle she used her pension funds for this vechicle... And now it is not usable at all. We requested We buy cars to assist with the repaires or alternative exchange the car or refund our funds, but they refuse. Your urgent feedback would be highly appreciated.
