Complain / Breach of contract & Poor service

Good Day,

I have bought a car on auction last month, i dont have the car even today because the key got lost as per we buy cars Sales Person

I have requested a refund for R2500 that i deposited to reserve the car or to bid for the car since last month. After winning the bid i then paid the amount for the car in full and request the refund on we buy cars system.

When i try to collect the car i am told that the key is lost and they are trying to get another from the dealer. I have not received the car and refund that i requested for R2500.00

I have sent 4 emails already no refund and no car.No one fro we buy cars has bothered to call me to apologies for all the incontinence caused.

This is the most shocking and horrible service i have received from we buy cars midstream.

They have now been listed on JSE and service has dropped to ZERO , service and experience that i received is shocking & horrible.

I am again requesting a refund for 5th time my money today before close of business today.

I drove to we buy cars branch in midstream on the 10/05/2024 from 08:00 AM to 19:00 PM, I didn't get any help.

I drove for about 80 Kilometers and spent R300 on petrol and called your call center today the 13/05/2024 and spoke to different people for more than 30 min.

I am requesting all cost incurred due to incompetence of we buy cars employees be compensated to me as a matter of urgency. R2500 deposited into your bank account on the 20/04/2024. R300.00 Petrol Money that i used. R30 Airtime that i spent.

I will not recommend anyone to we buy cars due to breach of contract and poor service.
