Complain

I bought 2008 Lexus is250 112 000 km on it and when I took it to Lexus, I Found out that the car was on 185 000 km and there's more problems on the car and this wasn't mentioned on dekra document. Tried to contact Ruange from We buy cars Midstream for follow up. I don't get any response, even customer care can't get hold of him. I bought a car from them and two day's I started getting problems. I've sent a complain and they didn't respond.
