Greetings sir/madam

Hope this email find you well.I’m Linda Makhaye writing to you regarding a situation that I’m facing.

I was told about the company that it helps a lot.I bought a car(AUDI Q3)through finance at WE BUY CARS which is based in Pietermaritzburg on June ,the car started to give me problems which I will mention below. My first installment fee was due at the 1st of August and I did pay which is R4100, after that payment was done the car didn’t want to start I ended up taking it to Audi company for checkups and they could not assist because my warrant covers only R7000 .

I called the We Buy Cars company they said the car must be brought to them,they discovered the main issues of the car which is Timo start & oil leaks engine.From them they said the car will be fixed in One week time and it’s been 3 weeks full now the cars has not been started to be fixed.

I did speak to them even the management but they keep on making empty promises,ended up getting tired to a point where I asked to cancel the deal …still they making empty promises.I was assisted by Nhlanhla who is a salesmen at WeBuyCars and his service is very poor

Sir/madam I am really tired now I need your assistance because 1st of September they will be deducting their installment fee and I have not driven the car for this month. I will really appreciate your respond
