Company not adhering to principles of TCF

@webuycars, I got a question. Why do you sell pre owned vehicles and not have a warranty on them when you know they are used hence the risk of being faulty? According to my little knowledge warranty is not supposed to cover pre existing conditions, but if something comes up within 3 months surely you must be liable to fix the problem. My bakkie has a faulty central locking system which is security concern but you guys are seemingly happy to push me aside.

To make things worse you staff did not even bother to explain to me that there are categories A & B when it comes to qualifying for warranties.
