Bought a vehicle, Category A dekra Gold cash from webuycars. Dekra report showed everything was fine with the vehicle, only to find that it did not pass the roadworthy that webuycars did before they handover the vehicle. I noticed the roadworthy sheet 3 hours after I collected vehicle and immediately indicated I want to return the vehicle. I have been sent from pillar to post and always have to follow up with them. They even tried to convince me to fix the vehicle at their cost yet I would never have bought the vehicle had I seen the issues it has. Just be careful of this company, it’s frustrating and their Dekra reports are obviously not a true reflection of the car. They obviously have ********* business practise. I just want to return this vehicle and get my refund as per your return policy. Stop looking for non existent loopholes and take back your unroadworthy car, this was obviously WebuyCars fault!!
