Code 3 car sold as code 1 car, not getting full refund after 1 month!!!

I was refunded only half of my money 1MONTH after I took the car back to them in PE! Every week since then I went there and the same old story by Marnus, nothing in writing, promises, promises.

THEY SOLD ME A CODE 3 CAR AS A CODE 1 VEHICLE AND THE DEKRA REPORT WAS FALSE I spent over R20k to fix the car just to be denied roadworthy certificate because it is a code 3 car. I AM GOING TO THE PAPERS TODAY TO EXPOSE THEM TO THE PUBLIC MORE!
