Classic customer neglect

A **** with a corporate face. I bought 2 cars in October of which both are now problematic. Issues that were not on their reports are now coming up. Note that the price hikes are to facilitate repairs which seems to me that they don't actually do. They could be in cahoots with bush mechanics. One car ( the jeep) has been with the repair agent for 7 days. Parked there waiting for approval from their HO. We can't even fetch it. Too scared to send the second one coz that would mean no cars for God knows how long? I am Livid. I don't even wanna talk about warranty and neglect once the bank pays them. It's ********
