Cheat you out of money by promising what they cannot deliver...

I paid 1500 upliftment fee was explained that this wil ensure a my registration number are not being lost and I can go and claim that number at the traffic..when the time comes that was not the case they take the money have no expenses as they did nothing....the number was just released into the system the cost they hat was licencing and putting the car in dealer stock ...that is the standard costs they will not pay back the money and they call this honest..I call it daylight *******......and there is no support

I do understand that infact the sales person gave the wrong info but why do I have to pay for his mistakes????
