***********, slow and unprofessional does not begin to describe my experience with We buy cars and the impression left by Chante Bronkhurst from the Brackenfell branch.

After resubmitting the same documentation more than four times (as per her request) all of this was for nothing as the car ended up being sold to someone else.

Which would be okay if my expectations were managed and emails responded to from the onset in order to make the client feel involved in the process.
