CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS

On the 19 August 2024,my was registered or supposed to be registered, I was told to wait for 21 days before I get the papers, I called we buy cars call center, yesterday to check the process of registration for my bike, when I give them stock number as per their request, it doesn't appear on their system and lady says I must call nxt week, because documentation are being verified, I bought bike for business now I have to wait for more than a month before it generate money, I have to pay matrix when the bike is not generating money.
