Case: 60739 logged with WeBuyCars but has been neglected.
The experience I had with WeBuyCars in Richmond is frustrating, horrific, and shocking. I had bought a car through GOMO Finance with them, in less than 3 Months of having it ,it is not starting up and I logged a case with *** for returning it as per my contract and haven't had feedback, I had been calling them and they would promise a call back which has not happened since I logged a case even though I continue paying the stationary car they are neglecting my case.
