car - we buy cars

I bought a car with we buy cars and within a week i was stuck with it and i got helped to i can reach home and i reported it and tought it was a minor thing and drove it for a week and got stuck next to home and push the car to park home safe and reported it and end-up pulling it to back to the dome where i bought it to get sorted and is now 3 months and they don't want to fix the car or refund me money back since i have bought a new car. i hope this platform will help me since other platform like MIOSA failed me. I have all the communication as they have accepted to fix but at the end they just disagree and the car still with them.

provide me with your email address and i will send all the necessary documents including the car report from dekra that doesnt say anything about the problems of the car.
i have suffered for two months without car

this matter can not be closed until i get the email that guarantee me my money back, you guys you have your car back to fix and you are failing and now you coming with excuses. i have been quite and giving you a chance to rectify your mistake.

your are referring to the email that was send before i interacted on this platform, stop playing your game you still have the car with you and its a s**** and its not what i bought.
if you not going to refund me as i requested i am definitely going to Xrepo and i will take this further until i get what is mine.
