Car was sold under false pretense.

This company WeBuyCars, gave me the most ridiculous trade in for my car, they then sold me a car, (which was the GWM C50 T) that the papers didn't coincide with the car that I bought. The car (as I was told) was suppose to be under warranty but, when I took my car to the represented dealership, they told me that my warranty is voided, due to the car being tampered with, by someone else and not the dealership, (prior to me buying the car). When I called WeBuyCars to ask about this, they told me and I quote "I wasn't aware of this". Which in turn meant that they couldn't help me. I then proceeded to send emails through to them, but didn't get any decent feedback. I didn't get one phone call in return to my query, as I was the one who had to call them. Buying a car from them was the worst mistake that I have ever made. The car was sold to me under false pretence, and I was **** to about all the documents that were provided. Also, the company was suppose to put the car through roadworthy, which they said they did, and in tern provided me with a certificate not a temporary one.

Hi Dylan,

Kindly find that I have received feedback from our Sales Manager, Henry Harber, who has been in contact with you with regards to your complaint.

Upon investigating your complaint, Henry decided to reverse your deal and pay back your deposit, as you were under the impression that you would have a warranty for at least two and a half years, which was not the case.

I have also been informed that, upon reflection, you decided to bring back the vehicle, and cancel the deal.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused, and should you require any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Warm Regards,

Anet de Kock
