Car turbo and injector failer that was not on car report

I bought a car at webuycars midstream centurion When i take a car to car service city at silverton they said car need new turbo and injectors ,gear box is loose as well. The car is smoking and does not have power

On car report there was no report on turbo failer and injecters. How ever im not happy at all as i paid over R100 000 to buy the car. Im looking foward to hear from you soon
