Car returned to WBC'S, NO PAPERWORK AND NO REFUND AFTER 3 WEEKS!

This is my 3rd review and STILL NO ANSWERS???? PE branch sales manager, Marnus, promised me they took the Corsa that I bought as a CODE 1 and spent R20k on back because it was a CODE 3 car that I could not put through the test. NO PAPERWORK, NO PROOF that they took the car back. Even the consultant Shane from WBC HQ can not give me any feedback. Waiting 3 weeks already and NO RESPONSES from WBC PE??????
