Car returned immediately after purchase, money not repaid to me

I bought a car on finance at the end of last year. The Dekra report said it was in perfect condition. As soon as I got home I saw smoke coming from the exhaust. The next morning I checked under the bonnet and saw the coolant level was almost empty (after just driving the car from Webuycars The Dome to my home). I immediately WhatsApped the salespersons who assisted me and asked them to bring a flatbed truck to pick up the car. This was within 12 hours of driving the car off the sales room floor. I asked for all my money back.

Eventually the truck was brought (about 2 weeeks later), and the and most of my money was returned (due to a delay from Webuycars, I had to make 1 payment on my finance and therefore lost over R6000 in that regard). Furthermore, I have still not been repaid over R16 000 which I paid for the warranty for the car. I have been trying to contact Kayla Manuel and Harm Pretorius who assisted me for a bit. They told me that the warranty money was repaid to me, then they told me it was repaid to the bank because the bank paid for the warranty. I paid for the warranty though, and after sharing my proof of payment, I have received no response. My bankers have also confirmed that the bank did not receive the refund.

Harm Pretorius and Kayla Manual have simply stopped responding and are always busy whenever I call, and they never call back.

As such, I lost over R20 000 from just driving the car home. Absolutely insane, please, I beg you if you are reading this, avoid Webuycars at all costs.
