Car registration/ licensing not done and not refunded

I purchased vehicle from we buy cars at the Dome branch in August 2024 and the vehicle registration and licensing was included with car finance amount however We Buy Cars failed to assist on that regard, I was then advised by your sales consultant to go ahead and do the registration myself , We buy cars will refund me

I have since been waiting for that refund and every time I come into the branch or contact the sales rep I am being sent from pillar post. I am very disappointed by the level of poor service because even the email I sent to one of the managers was never attended to as I got no reply up to date.
