Car Registration Certificate The Dome

i Bought a car cash at webuycars(stock refer:***) The dome at 04 march 2022, they sold me a vehicle but they don't have car registration certificate , i try to go the branch and talk to sales executive Jandre Germishuys he promise to give me on 17-june-2022 but he doesn't have and he make promised again on the email stating that 20-june-2022 he will have Natis when i request to go collect he refuse , now my car is at miway insurance they cant finalize my claim because i don't have car registration certificate on car that i bought cash , now miway might reject my claim because i bought car at webuycars but they don't have car registration certificate of the car i paid cash , Miway is also asking who will pay the storage fees because they are done at their side but waiting for weybuycars to give me car registration certificate ,

Very bad service : i have 4months waiting for car registration certificate for the vehicle that i paid cash , Now my claim it cant be finalized because i don't have Registration certificate
