Car papers not delivered since last year

Bought a car from we buy cars 20th September 2019.Exprienced some problems with the car ...it drove for only 3 days and died.Had to do maintaince equalling to an amount of R28000.The odometer on the other side was tampered with.My experience with this company has bought me hell.They promised to deliver the car papers since am in the Free State since that date nothing has happened even after calling them numerous times.South gate" We buy cars send my papers like you promised".This company has potential but each day it messing up with its reputation.Dishonesty to customers will one day lead to a big lawsuit.
