Car ****mer, wolf in ship clothing

My sister bought a car at We buy cars November 2023, she collected it in PTA and booked for service, since she didn't want to use it before it's serviced. The issues that were written were wipes.... just miner things. She took the car for service and a lot was picked up. At first the salesperson told her that she must send her invoice when service is done, till today that money is not paid to her and that is R20000. More issues were picked up while the car was being serviced, the car has been in an accident and parts for other cars were used when it was repaired, the car also had a noise. In their conversation she asked him if the car was ever in an accident. And he told her it's as good as new, never ever involved in an accident. She went back to VW to get help with the noise and they quoted her R59000, informed we buy car, even requested for them to change the car for her. She was told they will contact her. This was 2weeks ago. Yesterday she got an email saying they will not be changing nor paying for this car. She have a injury on my leg(knee) that is why she bought the car. Now she can't take her kids to school. She have to walk for mile to get transportation and constantly in pain

We kindly seeking and requesting assistance. R199 000 is a lot of money, if she wanted to buy a car that says 'take it as it is, she would have gone to auction.

Please assist, we just want Webuycars to own up and stop selling cars that are not what there are. ***
