car licence disc registeration

I have recently(July) if i can say recently, i bought a car at webuycars. a Suzuki Grand Vitari. i bought this car July and it is November and webuycars still have not register the car for a licence disc. the Sale person is Dante from the Joburg South store and the Business Manager who did my paper work was Almerie Grobler. No one is interested on helping me with my car. the temporary licence that they gave me has expired twice and now the roadworthy certificate has also expired. i even took time and my petrol to go to the store and try to assist them as i took the car to go get a new roadworthy certificate. when i tried to register for the disk at the licence department,i was told that webuycar must do the rigistration as the car is paid to be done by them. now Dante has blocked my number as the phone does even ring when i call him and no one at webuycars want to help. im very frustrated as i am worried about driving my new car.
