Car is not received from the company

Guys , please assist me because I'm really tired of WeBuyCars Brackenfell Cape Town. An Amarok was bought from them last year October and till today I still don't have it with me ☹️. I went there to release the car and sign documents by flying from Durban because I don't stay at Cape Town. I was then hoping they will be able to ship the car, then apparently there was missing paperwork and they had to ship to their paperwork to Durban branch, but they did not send the car 😓.

The courier company is To Anywhere Carriers and they also don't give a damn about shipping the car and yet they are already paid for the service 🙄. The fustrating part is that WeBuyCars is no longer taking our calls or emails from that branch and I'm absolutely ****ed for this back and forth 🫤.

Last week Saturday I went there again to sort out the issue and unfortunately my stay at Cape Town was very short and they promised to send it on MONDAY and they DID NOT !!!! 🤒🤒. All I want is the car ASAP or FULL REFUND 😠😠 WeBuyCars .

Please help me by sharing this until they attend to the matter 🙏😭.
