Car giving us problems

My wife bought a car , at we buy cars in Centurion at the end of July and she absolutely not happy with anything to do with this car, from the very 1st day we went to fetch it we got stuck in Midrand , Abongile our salesman ignored our call maybe because it was just after 19h00 but we finished the paperwork late on that day , be that as it may we towed the car to a nearest petrol station and booked for the night , ever since then the car is leaking oil and we have taken it to a mechanic and the problem still persist until today , we tried to lodge a complaint via customer care with no assistance but not suprised
