Car Buyer Beware WE BUY CARS policy i dealing with clients compliant of defective cars sold

I just wish to place on record that two weeks after I bought the car the car broke down and despite all efforts WE Buy cars are unable to repair, and now they have decided to cancel the agreement due to their inability to repair the car they only want refund me the purchase price of the car when I bought it when we wanted to speak to one of the director a very snobbish lady by the name of Liezenel Lombard informed me that she has instruction from the director Mr Faan DeWalt that he does not engage with the Public and everything must be done through her . i requested her to take a message for him to call me but she she refused to take a message

This great publicity in any event if we accept their offer i will be out of pocket almost R30,000 and still no car

We WROTE to ABSA Who financed the car , I believe that a lot of clients have had the similar problems with the cars bought from them and the fact that ABSA are financing cars on their behalf does nothing to enhance their brand this matter will now be heading to court, if they wish to cancel the sale then they should put me back in my original position

They should live up to all the media and promises , this has left very bad taste in out mouth will not be recommending anyone to deal with We Buy CARS in future
