Car broken less than a month

I bought a car with this company and in less than a month I encountered a clutch problem and the car stood still, a concern was logged and reference number obtained: 112266 after that nothing happened until I took an initiating myself on the second day to call and find out, only then I was advised that a towing company will be organized and I should expect a call from then in a next day or 2. Nothing happened and no communication or updates were done, I'm now in day 6 without any positive feedback from your company regarding the towing and fixing and when I call, I am told the person designated for my query ( Name: Sifiso )is busy and is given a message to call me back, no call received and still no updates until now. The service and action plan is disgusting!
