Cant use the vehicle with an expired lisence

Lodged a complaint on the 19th on this platform. Had one response that someone will contact me, until today no one has contacted me. I have contacted several people including the call centre and F&I Samantha. Clearly no one is interested to sort out the problem. Bought 3 vehicles from them, however this was the last. All 3 times I had problems with the after care service. Will refer the matter to the ombud and want my money back for the lisencing. Cant use the car for weeks because the lisence expired and already received a fine. Most pathetic service. Which there was a zero option.
