Can't Complain about Customer Service - There isn't any!!!
My wife bought a car from the Midstream office on 23/02/2019. After being told that we would receive the papers in "a couple" of days we of course have heard nothing. Repeated calls to the sales person, Alex, resulted in us being told that he is now on paternity leave. After 4 days of use the car is now having some major engine repairs. We originally tried contacting the manager, Johannes. He was not very helpful telling us to read the conditions of the auction where it states that we purchased the vehicle "voetstoets" (section 18). Be that as it may, we have now tried contacting him with regards to obtaining the papers because technically speaking the car still belongs to Webuycars I suppose. After my wife left a number of messages for him to contact her we have heard nothing. Today I went to the offices but Johannes was not on duty and only to be told that the papers for the car have only been sent for police clearance on 6 March and it will take at least 4 to 6 working days for this to be completed. There was no attempt to contact us to inform us of this at all or contact us in any way what-so-ever. Once again, you have our money so there is no need to follow up in anyway. Customer Service - HA!
