Cancellation of finance

As I posted before, will never deal with we buy cars again. I bought a Mahindra KUV from Germiston and was never informed the car boot was damaged and poorly fixed, whereby paint faded and starting to peel off. After 4 months engin light came on. We buy cars cancelled my finance I took the car back to them 2weeks ago. My deposit was refunded Friday, but car is not settled yet after 2 weeks. I asked Gomo finance to cancel debit order because I no longer has the car. They informed me they waiting for We buy cars to settle amount and if it's not done by the 1st the debit order will still run. Phoned we buy cars, e-mailed team leader numerous times with NO communication back. You can't remove a car from their premises if deposit doesn't reflect in their account, but they can drag their feet getting the Client's problem resolved. It's the worst Customer service ever
