Canceled deal

I purchased a BMW 320i 2010 model from We buy cars phumelela Park in Montague Gardens on the 18 July 2021. Driving the car for 2 days only I've learnt that there was a bearing knock on the car which was not stated on the Dekra Report, I was then informed on the 22nd July 2021 that my deal was canceled and that I would receive my refund the 23rd July 2021 not later that 1pm!! It is now the 27th July 2021 and I have received absolutely no refund yet.. The manager and sales person keeps on spilling different stories today again the payment was made this morning already from Fnb to my Fnb account but yet nothing reflects and they cannot provide me with Proof of payment. How can I resolve this issue and the staff at phumelela Park is completely useless!!
