Can I get my license disk!

I purchased a Ford Ranger from We Buy Cars in Port Elizabeth from Marlou and took delivery on 21 September 2022.

1. I waited outside the financial office for 45min with nobody in front of me even though they knew I was on my way. 2. The car was so dirty I had to take it to a car wash the following day 3. Today is 10 November and I still don't have the vehicle license disk and documents

Al I get from Marlou every week is, sorry I was in a meeting I will check now has nobody contacted you? Then he goes silent for the rest of the week.
