Can hellopeter help me to resolve this matter please

Hi I'm Thabo Mosime I have a seriously concerned with webuycars l bought a car on 02/03/2024 Audi Rs3 Sportback and on the 17th of June 2024 the car start to smoke and loses it's power I take it to Audi dealership in wonder boom in Pretoria and the cheek it and the problem was the pesten's all of them I call webuycar's and tell the sales agent who's was helping me the time I bought a car one of call center employee call me back and give me the Ref no which is 60378 and she asked me what help I needed I tell her that I'm still waiting for quotation after 3 to 4 days I send them a quotation it's been a month now I'm trying to get help from them
