Buying a car has never been this fun- no sarcasm

This franchise is great. Doing big things. Well impressed. I'd just like to understand why a company of this magnitude has no customer experience liaison. I want to share my wonderful view and experience with the company today. You guys are great, a few *********** staff members but we carry on. Guys never again hey!
