Buying a car from webuycars

The worst decision I ever made was buying a car from webuycars. They have extremely horrible customer service ever. I bought a car on April and I was told that the registration would only take 2 weeks. It's been four months now and nothing happened, Christine REEKS and Nhlahla from Pietermaritzburg branch were the ones assist me. Now I've been calling and texting them but still no luck. They are ignoring me. I called customers service help line million times but it didn't assist with anything but wasting my airtime. I've been calling to say let's cancel the deal, even with that I'm not assisted. What do I do now. I wrote here twice and the response is always the same "we apologize for the inconvenience and we'll get back to you soon"
