06CC10212 polo GT 1 .6 lot number Pietermaritzburg branch useless So on the 13/07/23 I came into contact with a salesman via your telecommunications number , they put me through to a salesman in PMB , I arranged for a friend of mine to view the car after 5pm , road tested the vehicle , found few faults which wasn't reported on the dekra report FALSE information please look at your dekra report ,oil leak on the LHS of the tappet cover and dent on the bonnet and RHS door lock damaged , when I phoned the salesman he said "dekra doesn't look at bodywork " and when I spoke to him about the oil leak which falls under your drive train in case we buy cars you don't know let me inform you a drive train is the engine , gearbox and diff , so how can dekra not have picked it up , dekra reports are false , incorrect , poor , I asked about the oil he said " I don't know " weird ay !!! So on the 14/07/23 I contacted the salesman and told him that I will be leaving where I stay to come and purchase the car CASH , as I stay 4hrs drive away , already arranged the bnb and paid !!etc , so 15/07/23 came I already drove 100km and he the salesman decides to WhatsApp me and tell me the was was reserved !! He never told me anything about how to reserve the vehicle or anything to my friend who attended to view the vehicle with his was also in the vehicle while they were test driving it !!! I've even got the WhatsApp messages if you want ??? We buy cars needs to pay for my 100km that I already travelled and wear and tear only my vehicle and my accommodation Money I lost !!!! We buy cars Pietermaritzburg is useless .
