BUYER BEWARE

I bought a chevy spark LT at the dome on getting car home found spare wheel was for a trailer wheel I registered complaint on there web site and got a call from a customer care agent who appologized for the mistake verbally and in writing asking me to obtain quotes for the wheel rim and tyre which I did sending it to him on the same day I got a call and email saying the claim was regected on grounds that the DEKRA report stated spare was of size 12LT which is a trailer tyre and I should know that, but being 75 years old I trusted the dealer (sick) once they had provisionally accepted the claim, I can not use the car without any spare, I will not be doing business with this company again.
