Buy now, wait forever to get what you paid for.

I purchased a vehicle through Webuycars Richmond. The FNI and Sales person was very helpful, but I have a massive issue with the customer service of the rest of their staff. I had to wait close to 2 weeks for my R5000 holding deposit to be refunded. Policy states 24-48 hours and I had to keep following up or nothing gets done. This now, a month after paying for license and registration, I am still waiting for my license plates and vehicle's license. Their service and communication is abysmal! They claim they had sent an sms, but nothing was received my side.
