Buy from them at your own risk

I am honestly battling to get the shocks on my car done because we buy cars wants me to send it to their workshop and be without a car for 3 or so days. Just for shocks!!! This is ridiculous. Now I have sent them a quotation from Bosch and I don't even get a reply to my emails anymore from Melisa. They want an invoice and Bosch says the invoice comes after the job is done, which is common sense. So Bosch issued a quotation. I'm honestly fed up of this back and forth. 3 months down the line and shocks not done. Buy a car there at your own risk. The customer care is only good when they want you to buy the car. After sales care is *******. And to think I paid cash for my vehicle.
