Buy and sell front managers are ***********

I reserved a car online and paid R5000. When I arrived at Midstream Dealership. I found out that this car will require approximately R45k in addition. Unfortunately I can't afford this car with that additional R45k. I was going to finance this car and I completed all finance process for R144k.

I was assisted by a guy who called me from we buy cars and assurede that if there is something I don't like about the car after test driving, my money will be refunded.

I have onetrraccted with Victor and he kept justifying possibility of this refund not being approved. To me it sounds like they don't want to refund my reservation. I have severally requested a refund policy and Victor told me he does not have.

They promised to process my refund within 48 hours but they don't want put that promise in writing.

I have purchased 5 cars here before. I have never had a refund issue.

I suspect that some people responsible for front customer issues are not well trained.
