Buy a car with problems from we buy car with problems

We purchase a Honda Crv 2017 in July. We buy cars promise u there is a 6 month guarantee the car and any problems in the 6 months they will fix on the guarantee. We hear a strange sound on the 26 of November and take the car the week after to Honda for a service and ask them to check the sound out, the respond is on the faulty with a huge quote of 42000. We contact we buy cars they told us they got their own manufacturer and they will contact them. It is now almost a month ago every single time we follow up they told us it is in process , but in the meantime we don’t drive the cause we scared to damage the car further. We got a reference number of 118109, and the branch was brackenfell we buy cars Can u please help us sorted the problem
