I am escalating my complaint regarding the 2020 suzuki vitara 1.4glx(***), purchased as a Platinum Rated vehicle. The car has serious defects, including poor accident repairs, bubbling paint, a faulty door lock, and a loose handle. A Dekra inspection confirmed it is not roadworthy and would fail a standard test.
Despite filing a complaint over a month ago, I have received no response. The license disk has expired, and I still have no number plates, despite paying for these services. I am deeply disappointed with we buy cars, really not honest business practice

10 Feb 2025, 09:32Unfortunately this is the exact response we receive for the past month and sometimes no response. The matter needs to be resolved urgently. We bought the vehicle as we expected a new baby and needed safety and reliability. Now, we cannot really use the vehicle. Its unlicensed, not roadworthy, faulty and unsafe as the back lock does not lock. all these technical reports that we've done at Dekra have been sent through. We even went to the we buy cars branch in George. They agreed that the vehicle is not up to standard, but cannot assist as this matter needs to be resolved by a different division, so we followed the steps as they requested and still, were waiting.
