I purchased a car through their auction, had it delivered from the Dome to the Richmond branch CPT. When I went to collect the vehicle, the keys were missing. Waited 3 hrs for them to try and find the keys which they couldn’t. When I went to see the car the windscreen was damaged amongst other faults and the ofcourse the keys remained missing. I requested to cancel the deal as I couldn’t take delivery of the vehicle anyway. It’s been an absolute nightmare trying to get my money back from these *******. My suggestion: stay far away.
