BROKEN VEHICLE after 1 MONTH!!!!!

On 9 March 2019 I bought a vehicle from Webuycars Midstream branch. Sales person was Hannes Saayman. Hannes said that the current registration documents will be sent to me by courier during the week in order for me to register the vehicle on my name. After not receiving anything, I had to phone them. Their head office then said to me that they do not courier, I must pick it up myself, which I then did. This is the smaller problem. Over the weekend, not even a month from purchasing the vehicle, the car broke down, petrol was not flowing through. I had to arrange for someone to tow me to my house, at a cost. I have phoned Webuycars on Monday 8 April 2019 regarding this problem and they just said that it is not their problem, the car was bought as is, and that they WILL NOT help to get it sorted out. Upon researching the new CPA law, it clearly states, that a vehicle can no longer be sold "as is" or "Voetstoots". They (Kiran and Johan Snyders) even old me to contact lawyers, and MIOSA, to lay an complaint before they will comply with anything!

I will NOT recommend people to buy vehicles from them, as they do not care for you after getting the money for the vehicle!
