Broken bmw 3201

On 18 December 2021 I bought a Volvo from webuycars Brackenfell. Within 10km of driving it started jerking and lost power. I contacted webuycars. They took the car away on a tow truck and refunded my money. I began looking for another car and found bmw 320i. On 24 December I bought this car which showed on DEKRA report in had a few minor faults and lower mileage. I used the car for a few short trips and had not even done 100km when the car started heating as the temperature gauge lit up. The car stalled.i got water and topped it up. By this time it was Christmas holiday. About 27 December I took car back. The assistant manager Damian Swartz from Brackenfell branch was dealing with this matter.(phone ***) Him and the mechanic diagnosed that the radiator leaked. Damian decided to change the radiator. I left car there and came back the next car to collect car.as soon as I got home found profuse leak.called Damian again he decided to do a pressure test.from then on he did nothing and informed me that matter was escalated to customer relations.i called Wyanand,customer relations phone *** , email ***. To date heard nothing from him. My broken car is sitting here after spending R105000.0n I January I had an with my car when developed some dents and scratches and informed Damian about this and told him about this and my insurance is sorting it out. My car was put on a tow truck to panel shop where it is presently Logan Rangasami ***
