Brake disc's and pads are worn and they won't replace them

I spent R4000 on discs and brake pads. That is fine, despite the gold sticker which is clearly a lie by the look of things. Another matter is that Mncedisi had promised me a drivers door mat as it was missing. He said I can pop in anytime to collect it. I texted him in the morning and he did not reply, I went late afternoon to see him. I waited 30 min to see him, when I called him again and he told me he was busy with a family of 3. When we bought the vehicle he excused himself several times to attend to other business while we waited, why could he not step away for 5 minutes just to give a mat or atleast indicate a time. He became irrittated when I told him I am still waiting and asked if I can come back. With what diesel? I left without the mat and will have to replace it myself. What started off so well turned into a terrible experience
