So get this. They will try to take the guy at brackenfell that treated us like **** and give him the maximum punishment, but they cannot give us our full refund back for a vechile we took back after 2 weeks and when we tried asking why only 13500 was paid and not the rest was ignored like rubish and was said by customer care agent they where only going to focus on the bad treatment part. So that is how we buy cars make sure u get ****** by taking 20500 and having the excuse they sell the vechile for profits, it was a refund or was supposed to be a refund. I really don't care how your process work. U guys stole 20500 from us. Caused my fiance emotional and psychological damage and all u can say is sorry. Well I'll never let this go I'll take it to who ever will listen and take it further, I'll make sure my fiance gets justice for how he was treated.
