Brackenfell Branch Really Care

This is the second time reviewing this company. The first time I was very upset with their customer service because of waiting for feedback for three weeks.

I’m back to reviewing this company again and I can honestly say that the way my issue was dealt with after was amazing. The staff showed care and professionalism while also keeping me updated on what was happening with the car.

I would like to thank Mark and Jacques from the Brackenfell branch. They know the meaning of customer service and putting your customers first. They were always on top of things and they made sure that our car is fixed and good to go.

I couldn’t be more happier.
